First, when a new subscriber joins your primary list (let’s call it “Brand A”), they start getting emails from Brand A. And hopefully after some time they’ll becoming raving fans. Now, when they are becoming loyal readers it is the right time to target them and add them to another list.
To do this try sending another “welcome email” with a short survey to gather valuable information. Surveys are a great way to build trust and get your subscribers to click on your emails. By doing so, they’re eased into the system with personalized messages. Next, you introduce another list, perhaps called “The Founder of Brand A.” This list focuses on in-depth articles and potentially, affiliate partnerships. You can subtly shift subscribers over to this list over time.
The main takeaway here is to have drip funnel campaign to the “The Founder of Brand A”. Eventually, you can be sending emails out on this second list from just “The Founder” all the time while you are still sending emails from “Brand A.”

This is calculated by (Revenue/Total Sends) x 1,000. And it will give you a dollar amount of how much revenue you make per 1,000 emails sent.
